Prof. Lucila O. Bance, PhD, faculty member of the Department of Psychology and Director of the Counseling and Career Center, received the Best Paper award during the 4th International Conference on Education, Psychology, and Social Science, held in La Consolacion University, Malolos, Bulacan.
Bance鈥檚 paper was entitled 鈥淐onstruction, Validation, and Standardization of Temperament Scale for the Armed Forces.鈥� Her co-author is Corazon R. Arce.
