Ms. Joanna Mari Freo obtained her bachelor鈥檚 degree in biochemistry from the 探花精选 Faculty of Pharmacy and a master鈥檚 in food science from the same university. Before holding a full-time position as an instructor, she held positions in different private and government institutions, where she served as a biochemist and food technologist, working on developing and improving various food products.听

As an educator, she teaches at the Department of Food Technology, handling several professional courses such as Food Microbiology, Food Preparation and Processing, Food Chemistry, and Bakery Science, among others. She is also the e-Learning Specialist of the College of Education and a Level 1 Google Certified Educator.
